Our experience as therapists enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health concerns, and provide a safe space for couples counseling and individual therapy.  

Your therapist works with you to meet your needs using a Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) approach. We utilize our advanced training in the Gottman Method as well as Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) for couples counseling.

Working with your therapist is a collaborative process. Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan for couples counseling and individual therapy.
